Our Story

There are so many options out there, but we kept noticing the same thing: not enough attention to the little details. The fit feels off, the stitching feels basic, the fabric doesn’t always move the way it should. And when you’re wearing something all day, those things matter more than you think.
we work closely with textile manufacturers, we see what most people don’t — how fabric is actually
built, how it stretches, breathes, and holds its shape. That gave us a different starting point.
Instead of designing scrubs like uniforms, we approached them like everyday wear.
Pieces that are thoughtfully constructed, comfortable, and made to move with you.
Bloom isn’t just about better scrubs, it’s about the people wearing them.
We’ve seen how doctors and medical professionals live outside of work, and it’s never one-dimensional. Some are out surfing, traveling, or chasing new experiences. Some slow things down with yoga, sound baths, or a really good matcha. Others stay active — pilates, running, strength training — carrying that same discipline into their lifestyle.
No matter the path, one thing is clear: they don’t want to feel defined by just one role.
We design for people who enjoy life just as much as they care about their work. People who appreciate style, who notice details, and who see their scrubs as more than just something they have to wear.
Often, they’re shaping modern, city-based practices — from aesthetic clinics to dermatology spaces — where professionalism and personality go hand in hand.
The Medleisure Standard
Bloom strives to be the medleisure standard
where medical uniforms meet the ease of everyday wear, without compromising on professionalism.
